The point is that in order to bring
about real change, there needs to be
a clear shift in approach. Specifically

I’m talking about a strategy that will
be 100% effective. I'm referring to
involving elements like play, fun,
competition, tension, the desire to
win and to gain something
meaningful, and the fear of losing. In
any kind of change, regardless of the
field, these factors need to be
engaged so that there's no need to
push or motivate people — they will
be naturally drawn in and compelled
to follow the flow. Just as this
method has been used in the past to
do harm, it can also be used for good.
In short, we need to use these elements to implicitly or explicitly promote the right causes.
